LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Friday acquitted three accused involved in explosive materials case.
The court acquitted the accused on the ground that the prosecution failed to present sufficient evidence on record to prove their involvement. ATC Judge Azizullah Kalo conducted the proceedings of the trial.
According to the prosecution, the accused were arrested from city’s Town Ship area in 2015 with possession of 520 grams explosive materials. The police registered a case under Explosives Act against the accused.
